My daughter had a terrible experience renting from Deckard Homes and Ms. R****** in particular. She only rented for the summer months and was held responsible for all damages/cleaning from the previous 9 months. She took pictures before she moved in to have for proof that these were preexisting conditions. She ended up having to pay so much money for things she did not do. Also, she had to arrange and pay to have the carpet professionally cleaned but then was charged again for carpet cleaning. Do not rent from this company. ... read more
Deckard Homes was incredibly hard to work with. Ranatta R**** who I assume is the owner was rude on the phone on multiple accounts, hung up on me, hung up on another caller trying to inquire about the problem, and has refused to take our calls ever since. I will happily NEVER rent a home through Deckard in the future and suggest you do the same. BAD management with rude individuals.
