My wife and I cannot get over our new deck and 3-season room. They are soooo beautiful. Blake, David, Gaspar and his crew were amazing. Very efficient workers even in the blazing hot. With every issue that cropped up they provided clear and effective recommendations; this made it easy for us to come to agreements. Deck World was the very best decision we have made! Our decks were showing their ages and once we decided to replace them there was no looking back. Blake’s and David’s team worked tirelessly to get it done on our timeframe. They also replaced the front porch and side entry. We are sooo happy with the quality and the look of it. Deck World repaired and replaced my old deck which was good structurally, but had cosmetic and safety issues. The rebuild work was done quickly, expertly, and carefully, with lots of attention to detail! They were easy to work with and provided a a new deck and stairs using quality maintenance free products. I would definitely do business with them again.
They may make great decks, but getting the estimate is almost impossible.Two weeks ago David promised to provide an estimate for me.But he never provided it.Promises, promises and promises. Then he simply stopped responding to messages.Wasted time. Response to your complaint Stop lying.
