Marlon and his crew are fabulous! They helped turn a 21 year old porch with rotten rails and sinking concrete floor into an awesome comfy screened in catio.😄 We also installed a concrete patio to cook and eat outside. Marlon really listened, and helped us stay within a do-able budget. And he made sure to take care of any cosmetic touch ups that we requested. We are still decorating, but are enjoying Sunday morning coffee and relaxing in this beautiful new space. The cat is happy and so are we! 😍
Deck Specialists did a fantastic job replacing our 26 year old wooden deck with a new and larger TREX deck. The workmanship was excellent, the new deck looks great, and we couldn't be happier with the finished result. We were totally satisfied with the entire experience and would highly recommend Marlon and his team.
They were able to come fix our back porch and once started done in a day and a half. Super great!

Sizable deck constructed in summer 2020, and we’ve been extremely pleased. Pricing was fair (and was honored even when materials pricing fluctuated), workers were skilled and courteous, and project was completed as designed and on schedule. We gladly recommend Deck Specialists!
