Called for maintenance work on my deck over 7 weeks ago and still have not had anyone come out to do the work. This has happened every time we have called for something in the past few years. It makes me so upset that they could care less about their existing customers. I would never recommend Deck Savers because the customer service is lacking tremendously with this company.

Overall, very happy with my renovated deck. I kept my 20-year IPE decking, but replaced all the railings, steps, skirt, and added a fixed roof/pergola. Also added a fan and lighting. Project took longer than expected but am happy with the results. The crews that came on site were top-notch, and Fred made frequent visits to inspect. I would recommend.

We couldn't be happier with our newly renovated porch. Fred and his team did a great job, the workmanship was of the highest quality, and on top of that they were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!
