Had a beautiful deck designed and built by them. Professional from start to finish. Extremely happy with the outcome. Quality craftsmanship. This was our 2nd year enjoying it and we are even more pleased with the continued attention from their SERVICE dept. Boards have come loose naturally as it settles they have come out and addressed it right away no 2nd phone calls they are on it. Great company !! Highly recommend

After 8 years, I had my first maintenance issue, and their response was above and beyond… they came immediately and followed up with the progress. Excellent customer service

I don’t leave negative reviews lightly. In fact, this is my first review that isn’t five stars (look at my profile). Given the amount we invested in this project (+$150,000 all in ), I feel obligated to share our experience so other homeowners know what to expect. The sales process and marketing set very high expectations, but unfortunately the execution didn’t come close. The design team did a great job with the space and got us excited, but everything went downhill from there. Our issues included: * The initial site measur... read more
