They just called me today. My deck is 17x28 and all I need is new boards. No footing, beams, joist... They quoted me at 85K! You heard it right, 85K! I mean this is ridiculous considering they didn't even look at the job, design ect... In one post complaining about same issue, they replied that they start at 50K and they are not for everyone.. We had a deck and pergola installed by Deck Remodelers 2 years ago and overall the experience was great. I recently had a small issue with the pergola and contacted the service department, Dee was extremely helpful right away. She quickly arranged for someone to come out and repair the issue, and the whole process was easy and stress-free. Great customer service and excellent follow-up support. Thank you, Dee, for making sure everything was taken care of!
I had Deck Remodelers installed two large pergola's over two years ago. Recently, I had a problem with the louvers. I called up and Dee was all over it. Within a couple of days of service was performed and one of the motors was replaced for a charge. These people are top-notch first class. Highly recommend!
It was a pleasure working with the multiple experts at Deck Remodelers, each individual was extremely knowledgeable and very responsive to my requests. Installation was performed with precision under a project lead that took pride in ensuring a high quality finish product. Project turned out better than envisioned.
