I have been extremely patient with this group. The quote is for 150K+. The project was initiated in Feb, down payment March/April of 5K with not a nail moved on my current deck as of Aug 19th. I have several properties and have worked from Handymen to premium contractors depending on the project. This team really surprised me with their inefficiency. I don’t leave negative reviews lightly. In fact, this is my first review that isn’t five stars (look at my profile). Given the amount we invested in this project (+$150,000 all in ), I feel obligated to share our experience so other homeowners know what to expect. The sales process and marketing set very high expectations, but unfortunately the execution didn’t come close. They just called me today. My deck is 17x28 and all I need is new boards. No footing, beams, joist... They quoted me at 85K! You heard it right, 85K! I mean this is ridiculous considering they didn't even look at the job, design ect... In one post complaining about same issue, they replied that they start at 50K and they are not for everyone.. We had a deck and pergola installed by Deck Remodelers 2 years ago and overall the experience was great. I recently had a small issue with the pergola and contacted the service department, Dee was extremely helpful right away. She quickly arranged for someone to come out and repair the issue, and the whole process was easy and stress-free. Great customer service and excellent follow-up support.
