I am a pool builder and have been using the Deco seal product but decided today no more. Their material is inconsistent and at times never sets up and stays gooey. When I called their customer service representative Blaine Siegel he tried to say it was my fault. No offer to come look at the defective product. Worked awesome...Great Product...If it's your first time using this mastic do your homework...Watch the "Deck-o-seal" how-to videos, along with other Youtube videos to get your plan of attack well thought out before starting the job...This stuff is sticky and messy if you get careless...You have to do your pour correctly the first time.
