Deck Medic did a wonderful job practically rebuilding and staining our deck. They were very particular about the whole process and it looks beautiful. We would highly recommend them for all deck jobs big or small.
Great communication and excellent work. I appreciated that Richard waited until the weather was ideal to complete our project instead of hurrying to finish when there was still moisture in the wood after some rainy weather. Our deck looks brand new, and we will definitely use them again when we move into our new home.

Richard was very helpful and responsive to my request for an inspection to assess the integrity of my deck. He communicated with me by email to coordinate schedule and even made himself available to consult with the Catawba Wildlife service provider who pointed out the concerns. Richard was professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. Great experience with Deck Medic.
Our rear deck was rebuilt a couple years back by the previous owner, and he failed to properly attach it to the house. Every other company wanted to build us a new deck rather than simply fixing the attachment issue. Deck Medic to the rescue! Richard was easy to work with, he came out and assessed the deck just a few days after I called. Bruce and Pedro, who did the repairs, were on time, friendly - and most importantly, they did good work! Good work and the price was fair. Highly recommend!
