We are getting towards the end of our new deck. Mike was great getting a design and cost. Very informative and much better to work with than the other company we had bid on the project. The gentleman that did the tear-out of the old was the hardest working guy I've ever seen, and he was also one of the most friendly! The crew came in last week to begin, and all of them are great. Friendly, hard working, etc. Very good communication about finer details of steps, fencing, etc. If you need a deck, look no further!
I could not have been more impressed with the entire Deck Masters team. From the initial estimate completed onsite by Mike to Greg and the crew doing the work. Mike was incredibly knowledgeable about options and what we can and cannot do. We had gotten quotes from a few other companies and Deck Master's gave us the comfort and confidence 10-fold over anybody else. The Deck looks and feels amazing. Need a deck, this is the company to use! From the estimate to the completion everyone was professional, responsive and caring. It is great to still find a business that have these impeccable traits. They were knowledgeable about composite decking materials and quickly responded to all our questions. They always communicated quickly throughout the entire process. I just can't say enough good things about, Mike, Greg and all the team that came to our home to build our decks!
Easy to work with. Greg was always available for questions and concerns. Mike did estimate which was not outside of my previous 2 estimates. Mike made me feel comfortable when he arrived and did not make me feel ashamed of my plans. The job site update e- mail was nice to follows plans for instillation. Job done earlier then planned and everything went smooth. Great company to work with. Thanks Deck Masters!!!!
