We could not be happier with the Deck Impact team. They did a big project for us covering our back deck, making it feel like an outdoor living room. Not only was their work very high quality, they also helped us design the overhang and came up with the perfect solution. It is functional and looks great. They took care of the permit process and were incredibly pleasant to work with throughout the entire project. We had a small leak and they sent the team out to fix it immediately. Could not recommend Deck Impact more.
What a BEAUTIFUL job well done! I have a deck that is probably 30+ years old, and it was ROUGH (see the last two photos for before pictures). Some of the floor boards were rotting away so much that I was afraid to step on it for fear of falling through. Other boards were so frayed that it was a splinter nightmare. I worried about the safety of the deck, which made me not want to spend time out on it, or at least, not invite anyone else to spend time on it! I cannot recommend this company more. You know those few companies and great experiences you wish you could tell everyone about, this is one of them. We interviewed two other companies, including one that is fairly large in this area and my wife and I are so thankful that we went with Deck Impact. They were willing to be creative and helped in the design in ways that other companies prefer to just be cookie cutters. Deck impact recently repaired and refinished our wooden deck. From the very start our interactions were positive. The crews were extremely professional, friendly and customer-service focused. The work itself was very high quality and was done timely without months of lead time. The repairs look seamless. They were head and shoulders above the many home improvement contractors that I've interacted with over the years and highly recommend them!
