Look at this point I have done my Due Deliengence with this DECK. I am not going to keep taking time out my day and giving energy to this company that IDK may not call me back. I just got off the phone with them and yet they try transfer me NO ONE ANSWERS the phone. The customer service plp said again they DO NOT see my warranty request. They've had some negative reviews, but I took the risk of giving them a chance. The result was impressive. They did a professional job from the start. The price and workmanship were all exactly as promised. 100% recommended.
Wow! From start to finish, Deck Helmet was amazing. Jason and Mauricio really took their time with us, they came out to see our old deck, which was pretty worn down. My husband and I weren’t sure if we had to tear it down or if it could be saved but the guys suggested to do resurfacing instead of a full rebuild which really saved us money. They gave us a good estimate and once we gave the green light, the crew got started right away. Now my deck looks amazing, and ready for this bbq season thanks to this wonderful crew!
