Definitely avoid this company! I purchased 2 4x8 lattice panels from them. They arrived quickly, but they were strapped together so tightly that both of them were cracked. I contacted the company multiple times before I finally got a reply from their customer service rep Tyler LaBarbera. He said he would arrange for a replacement to be sent out. I ordered RDI sleeves from Deck Expressions. The website said delivery in 7-12 days after placing an order. It will be more than a month, 7 phone calls, and 9 emails before the sleeves MIGHT arrive in another week from now. Ran out of time waiting for broken promises and excuses from the folks at Deck Expressions. Ended up buying from HD, received the exact same RDI sleeves for the same price in 4 days!
