Steps were made with sub standard lowest grade pine full of knots very poor quality, the power wash he did not do the poles or top rails as he had no rain gear and did not want to get wet, there still is soap on top rails of the deck, again terrible quality . He does not walk his talk. He says quote "I am the best there is" do not know what or who he compares to but, he is the best in his own mind , I am 79 yrs old and done all my home improvement and he has no idea what QUALITY is. Deck Doctors built my deck 20 years ago and it is just starting to show some deterioration! I was thrilled with the work and extremely happy with the price!

The previous bad reviews make sense about they’re responsive and they will ghost you randomly. Had this guy check out a job for us, put something together, agree to the job and everything. Then the homeowner says yes to everything, and then the guy ghosts for two days and comes back and says “I think I’m going to have to pass actually”. Probably a blessing in disguise. Should’ve just listened to my gut in the first place. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND, especially if your time is valuable

Deck Doctors did an awesome job building the deck that I wanted. We had 3 other companies come out and NONE of them listened to what I wanted. They all tried to design a deck for me that wasn’t what I wanted. Ben listened and gave me exactly what I wanted. Ben showed up every day on time and finished the work on the estimated date provided in the quote and he was an absolute joy to work with. He was kind and very professional. OMG, did I find a Gem when I found the Deck Doctor! I initially called three Companies to possibly repair or replace my two decks and a retaining wall. The Deck Doctors was one of them and the one I decided to do business with. The other two companies (I won't mention their names) were strictly looking for a pay day. When I spoke with the Deck Doctors Owner, Mr. Ben Stevens, he made me feel very much like a client and not an open checkbook.
