The Deck Doctor, Richard Alvarado, recently completed several home repair projects for us. The elastomeric surface coatings on 2 second floor balconies had fine cracks and was no longer providing water proof protection. Richard inspected, discussed the scope, what would be needed to complete the work and provided a line item proposal. The original work went well. Richard was easy to work with, knows his craft. Went over the process of his deck refinishing & we were on the same page. He was very through in his explanation. The workmen arrived on time each day, they were considerate, kind, quiet, and neat! Their work is meticulous! They put everything back in place & the deck looks beautiful! I highly recommend Deck Doctors!
Richard and his crew performed excellent work sanding down and refinishing our decks after the wet winter and some drainage issues hammered the old water-based finish. We were pleased with the attention to detail, price, and timeline and won't hesitate to reach out again next time we are in need of wood structure repairs or restoration.
Richard and crew were quick to respond during the bomb cyclone event this January. They were thorough, professional, and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and schedule.
Had Richard and his crew over to help us repaint our deck, pergola, and patio. They really took care of everything - including replacing rotting boards and rearranging our plants. Reasonable prices, very knowledgeable folks, and very detailed work. Would definitely recommend for whatever project you need done!
