Promptly came out to examine my deck and gave me an honest truthful, fantastic explanation. I ended up not needing any repairs and I don’t know of another contractor I’ve met who has doesn’t at least try to upsell me on something. We were happy with the recent work on wood fence power washing and re-staining. It was completed quickly and was well done. We had some communication issues, but this was quickly resolved. I often do not check emails during the day, so missed some messages.
