Very satisfied with this company, had a hiccup with one of their supply companies and Matt from customer service was there to quickly sort it out and get me the correct items I needed for my project, will definitely use this company in the future.

I purchased over 1,000 deck plugs from Deck Builder Outlet for my composite deck, and these guys provided excellent communication from the very beginning. They answered all of my emails within 24 hours, kept me informed about when my order would ship, and let me know when it was expected to arrive. The plugs fit perfectly, and the color matched my gray composite deck boards exactly. NOT A STORE. And not at the address listed here. Not sure what this is but it is not a store that you can shop at in the current given location. I looked up and down this address (11801 SW Hwy) and someone told me there used to be someone here with that business name but that it was never a store you could shop at.

Matt was extremely helpful assisting me with my deck plans review and preparing a detailed parts list for my posts and railings. Very responsive and detailed.
