2 weeks later we still have not received our parts owner cannot get the order right decorators said he ordered the wrong parts then emails 4 days later saying that they shipped the wrong order again extremely expensive shipping to ship two small boxes the size of usps's smallest priority box was almost 200.00 we ordered the same order from decks direct free shipping and still can't get our order right I expect a full refund or my credit card company will get it send a return authorization for this stuff we don't want anythin... read more

Great customer service. I order a few pieces of railing, UPS said they were delivered but they never showed up. Paul sent out a duplicate order while they sorted it out.
