From start to finish (and porta potty pickup!) DPT was responsive, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Communication was clear and the work crew was considerate and very neat ~ cleaned up after their own things as well as the work site. Drck and Patio TuneUp was amazing. From first contact with Christine, to Glenn, to Gene, to the installation crew, all were professional and easy to work with. The final result is what we were looking for in replacing incorrectly installed deck and stairs. Great quality! We would highly recommend this company.
Deck and Patio Tuneup just finished extending our screened porch. They built a new screened porch for us 3 1/2 years ago, adding a roof, and working over an existing hot tub to get it done. They also added sliding screens between the main porch and the hot tub area! They did such a beautiful job, we asked them back to finish off the area where the hot tub was, after we decided to remove it. Another excellent job!
Very professional AND easy to work with. Work crew knew what they were doing and went further than expected rather than taking shortcuts or cutting corners. Foundation is so much better done than what we had. TimberTech itself is pricey, but you get what you pay for--and our result is worth it.
