Emailed in a request with the fence type and a drawing of what I would like. Bob reached out and we set a date. Bob was early, friendly, suggested a couple of ideas that made the fence I had installed look better in terms of how it was installed. Explained what all was included, how long to install, etc. Had a quote before he backed out of my driveway. Week later I called and authorized this to be installed.
