Love this store. Has everything, stones, sage, prayer items, clothes, singing bowls.
Authentic Goods? – I purchased something from this store after being promised that it was truly authentic. I checked with several friends from Nepal and found out that what Dechen sold me was just a cheap imitation off the street! I was really astounded and angry. No wonder she was willing to come down on the price. I'm never going back. I recently discovered another Tibetan store called Himalayan Frontiers (and no, Dechen does not own it as she claims to. I visited the store and it is disappointing. Low quality goods. And the parking is difficult. Moreover, it is an unsafe part of town. Street people hang out because of the nearby homeless shelter. Regular reports of drive by shootings and muggings. Not worth the risk of going there. I would rather go to the Tibetan store at the Triangle Town Center Mall in North Raleigh where it is SAFE and has quality merchandise.
