Really happy so far with their level of service and expertise. We have not started with Dechellis on site yet but are about to start construction. Customer service fantastic.
We haven’t started building yet, but our experience with Dechellis Homes so far has been excellent. David has been amazing to work with — knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely listened to what we wanted. He took the time to answer all our questions and made the process smooth and easy. Everyone we’ve dealt with so far has been great. Highly recommend based on our experience so far.
We highly recommend going with dechellis homes, they were very professional dealing with them from the start to finish. Would definitely build with them again.
We chose Dechellis Homes after seeing a number of their homes in display villages and consistently liking their designs more than others.
