Since my partner and I have begun the home building process, we were both set on Dechellis Homes due to their high quality of work shown in many of their display homes. It is still early in to the journey, but have been met by a welcoming team and look forward to building our home.
So far the selections process has been smooth. Our consultant Nick was amazing from day one and Tamika was very thorough and accommodating to all the changes we've made during and prior our final selections.
Nick at Dechellis Riverlea stood out to us above other builders because of his prompt and detailed responses over phone, email and in person. He took us through the displays and explained the specifications and how the options compared to each other in a way that wasn't 'a sales consultant checklist'. The experience of building process was explained in detail and kept simple. They are good with communication and also make you feel positive about all the processes. We with recommend them as one of the best to go with if anyone is building.
Excellent, tailored service from the initial consultation through to final selections. Nick (based at Riverlea) was outstanding—highly responsive, detail-oriented, and genuinely committed to achieving the best possible outcome. He brought creative ideas to the table and worked closely with us to develop a custom build that really suited our needs.
