Approved WA installer lacked training and knowledge, resulting in numerous quality issues: failing to measure/install according to manufacturer guidelines, missing parts, inferior replacements, and compromising frame integrity by retro-drilling weep holes. Product issues included: bowed sliding doors, and windows that don't seal properly despite adjustments.
