1,5 hour waiting to be seen by a doctor. What is the point if booking an appointment? Sick as a dog and having to wait 1,5 hourpast your booked appointment is unexceptionable! Shouldn't charged anymore after patients waiting for more than 30min after their booked appointment, would be intreating to see if the waiting period would be that long!
Best doctors I have been with in years. After my childhood doctor retired I was left drifting between surgeries trying to find a good doctor. I started coming to Deception Bay Doctors 5 years ago. I am always listened to and they have helped me get on top of some chronic health issues other doctors had ignored previously. Highly recommended.
The best Dr surgery in south east Queensland. The Dr’s are amazing, the Nurses great and the admin staff are always smiling and helpful. A massive shout out to Dr Susmita Mishra. Your dedication to your profession and your patients is truly admirable. You truly are making a difference every day to all your patients. Great doctors! Great receptionists! Overall the best practise in Deception Bay.
The doctor I was seeing was fine until she left the practise. The staff are completely ignorant and rude about what your needs, have no empathy about your concerns and treat me with little respect. I would never recommend this place and am glad to move on as the doctor did. Very difficult to deal with and mostly uninterested. I would never recommend this practise and am glad to move on as the doctor did.
