Absolutely hateful, the lady of spoke too was very rude and very hateful. My husband is at work and even though it is in his name I should still be able to take care of things. This isn't the 1950s
They don't throw my trash, or recycling bin they miss it somehow every other week.
Total incompetence. Customer service is confused and isn't sure of proper protocol. I pay thousands of dollars a month for idiot customer service, jerking me around, putting me on hold with people who never call back.
Been living in the same place for going on 8 years. My bill has always been between around 75 to 100 dollars. All of a sudden the utility company decides to charge me 100 dollars more. Looked into why there is such a high increase. Decatur Utilities claims it's because of inflation. Wonder of the employees at least got raises for the "inflation " bet not. Everyone needs to contact local and state officials to try to put a stop to the price gouging. It's really sad that it seems these people want to kick you while you are dow... read more
