you have to download an app for autopayments. it will ask you if you want to use the card on file for future payments through the online portal. its very misleading, then charge $80 for a reconnection fee. customer service is no help and dont care. the bill is always consistently high regardless if you cut down on the power use. its easily the worst power company ive had to deal with. makes sense since its a monopoly around here.
Teresa was a great customer service representative. Even though out of her control she couldn't help me she helped me. I want to leave her a review because she showed great customer service on behalf of Decatur utilities.
