Power out. No one to talk to. Just automated by phone. Says no outage in area. Meanwhile spectrum has texted me about service out due to power outage. You think Decatur utilities would be more on top of power outage than internet provider giving me updates. After being out for 40 min.
I have never had any issues with decatur utilities. Yea, power goes out during some storms and stuff. They always get power back on in a very timely manner. And also a big shout out to the guy that is over all the tree work and stuff. He is very prompt, always returns your calls and messages, and just strikes me a naturally good man. Yall keep it up!
Absolutely hateful, the lady of spoke too was very rude and very hateful. My husband is at work and even though it is in his name I should still be able to take care of things. This isn't the 1950s
They don't throw my trash, or recycling bin they miss it somehow every other week.
