I wasn’t going to write a review, but their wonderful agent Theresa B with the condescending attitude encouraged me to write this considering that’s she’s retiring an her attitude showed it !! I expressed how it proves that DU is the mob and money hungry and how others cities do automated calls before they turn the service off and her response is that they have 30k customers and that’s impossible , as if automated calls don’t exist.
