On a road trip and had a trailer emergency. Decatur spring worked hard to get me an emergency weld, replaced a broken spring and found that I had tire damage (which I went down the road and got fixed while they were doing the repairs). It was a miracle I found them and hope others in the area know how awesome their repair work is and their customer service is over and above!
Owning a business is not easy especially when you have trucks and equipment like I do,everything is massive and costly!!!Decatur Spring service jumped right to work had me a set of U-bolt made less than 15 minutes when everyone else said they couldn’t do it.You have earned my service for anything that you sell. Multiple auto parts chains did not have the parts I needed to repair my brother in laws truck. We called Decatur Spring and spoke with a very nice woman that assured us they had the parts. She allowed me to pay over the phone and put them outside for pickup after hours. The parts were correct and cheaper than the local parts stores. Thanks to Decatur Spring we were able to get the truck back up and running before the weekend!
