Today, I firstly had issues where I left my phone on the bus, and luckily, this time someone turned it into the driver who, I believe is a Veteran. There has been several times, not just a few times, but several times that a bus will drive right by me being the route that im supposed to board, while im at the correct bus stop waiting to board the bus. Me, being an individual who tends to just put up with, or tries to adjust accordingly, thought it would be ideal to board the outbound bus since it arrived earlier, and actually stopped for me, in avoidance of being late to my appointment. Can't get any one from the bus transportation office to return calls after leaving several messages
99.9% of the drivers are helpful and friendly buses ran usually on time only issue was missing routes for an hour or so when they did not have personnel
