It never fails to amaze me how good these guys are. Fast and affordable
Worked with Decatur Lockmaster twice for our business. Both times there was great communication, and prompt service. Our tech for both occasions was Garth and he did a great job helping us re-key different doors of our business. Price was very reasonable, would definitely recommend!
Ordered a replacement key fob and emergency key. Fob was programmed incorrectly to driver 2. Technician did not know how to cut the emergency key so I returned later to have this key cut. The technician messed the key up and had to reorder a (second) new key. I returned (3rd time) and technician tried to cut the key and damaged it as well. He would not help reprogram the fob to driver 1 as well. So I was told they would order a 3rd emergency key and would call me. They did not.
