Ordered a replacement key fob and emergency key. Fob was programmed incorrectly to driver 2. Technician did not know how to cut the emergency key so I returned later to have this key cut. The technician messed the key up and had to reorder a (second) new key. I returned (3rd time) and technician tried to cut the key and damaged it as well. He would not help reprogram the fob to driver 1 as well. So I was told they would order a 3rd emergency key and would call me. They did not. My keys do not work my lock
I was told they could help me in an hour and a half. After waiting over four hours I tried calling. I was sent to voice-mail. No call back. No show. They left me stranded.
Great service, helped my sick elderly mother unlock a safe she’d lost the key to.
Best lock Smith in decatur. He missed a call, called me back to follow up, quoted me 20 dollars cheaper than every other locksmith in decatur for a unlock, quickly got me into my car, and was very down to earth and funny. Don't call the rest, call the best.
