I will preface this by saying I am a nursing student who came to participate in a blood pressure clinic at Decatur house today & went on a tour of the facility and met staff. I was so blown away by this beautiful facility - it is seriously gorgeous. The staff was so caring and kind and the residents seemed so happy and well cared for. It was honestly disappointing, especially since we were coming in with the goal of building something positive together. this is the best office that I have worked with anywhere!
My mother has been a resident at Decatur House for almost two years. Our family is so grateful for the kind care she has received. The Covid virus has changed the way we visit but the staff continue to be responsive to both my Mother’s and the family needs. We feel blessed to have found this wonderful home for our Mum.
