My debit card expired 6 days ago. Called to see why the new one hasn't arrived because they can't do anything about it when you walk in the branch apparently. The woman on the phone thought it was a rational idea to report both mine and my fiances debit card lost/stolen without my consent over a weekend. I'm baffled by the complete incompetence this institution offers. Choose a different bank.
I had a vehicle loan with DECU for 3 years, to say this was a horrible experience would be an understatement. From there employees not being familiar with basic banking and business practices to given wrong/false information from multiple employees, managers and the so called president. I strongly recommend to steer clear of this establishment if and when possible. I have filled a formal complaint with the division of bank and have yet to receive a response from anyone at DECU.
