The thing I don’t like is the fact that there is nobody there that you can talk to about a loan, other than on the computer. Nobody is physically there. I think that’s bad customer service. Idk what has happened with this bank but it’s not the same as when I first joined.
0 stars genuinely the worst bank I’ve ever belonged to, fees for members depositing change, long wait times with no one there, and the place is only open from 9-4:30 Monday-Friday, not even shorter hours on weekend just not open at all, they lock your card at the slightest difference like buying gas in another state. Truly terrible bank.
Wish it could be rated less than zero. Never open, if it happens to be open no help. They will not answer the phones. What good is it.
I wish I could of rated this a zero stars, everytime I come out here they go as slow as possible like it's their job!
