Horrible here people have favorites and yet there people who are here more then 15 days and don’t get in trouble for it!! It’s ridiculous if your not her favorite she targets you if your her favorite you can get away with anything.. do better
Decatur downs was so good to me the almost 2 years I was there, I highly recommend. Lynn always made sure my son and I were taken care of and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The maintenance man Mike worked after hours constantly to make sure everything at the complex ran smoothly, and made any issue I ever had a priority to fix.
BEWARE!!!!!!! They will try and keep your security deposit and then make up false claims of damages. Take photos when you leave. Had to take them to small claims to recover my security deposit. Management and maintenance are liars.
Great people mike and lynn do there job mike shovels past his work hours and makes sure there salt down!!
I’ve been here for a year now and have had no issues with management! Lynn has went above and beyond to help me out as a single mother as well as truly giving me all my best options - on top of that, she has a friendly and inviting personality. Mike, our maintenance man, is on top of fixing what needs to be fixed and does amazing at maintaining the sidewalks during our Michigan winters with a cheerful and friendly attitude.
