Worse now in 2026 I just wanted to warn anyone new tenants that try to apply to live here,it's not worth it. Online we paid a application fee of $15 and we spent over $100 in just faxing and verifying paperwork for the current landlord at that time,then we pay $530 to move in,its supposed to be government assistance but they are criminals here and will take everything from you and lie about everything to you and about you,a week after we moved in he makes us pay $264. My mom used to live there, and my aunt and I still have a aunt live there after all these years Decatur Downs have a new look totally different from the old look
Getting in the downs was easy and smooth. Took a few weeks to get everything ready and was moved in before new year. The manager Lynn is awesome. Love it here.
an amazing place! i had no issues at all and if i had any questions or concerns they were always willing to help!
Could not find daughter's apartment address on maps on upper level. Need to update your maps so no confusion for deliveries
