Working with Lynn is always a great experience. Lynn always goes above and beyond for all of us residents and potential residents. Mike maintenance technician is always hard at work to make sure our units are in great shape and Lynn and Mike have made great improvements for the property.
Horrible here people have favorites and yet there people who are here more then 15 days and don’t get in trouble for it!! It’s ridiculous if your not her favorite she targets you if your her favorite you can get away with anything.. do better
Decatur downs was so good to me the almost 2 years I was there, I highly recommend. Lynn always made sure my son and I were taken care of and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The maintenance man Mike worked after hours constantly to make sure everything at the complex ran smoothly, and made any issue I ever had a priority to fix.
BEWARE!!!!!!! They will try and keep your security deposit and then make up false claims of damages. Take photos when you leave. Had to take them to small claims to recover my security deposit. Management and maintenance are liars.
