Dr KAREN Sumner is the WORST, uneducated, heartless robot (I cannot even classify her as a human.) The most lazy, idiotic woman I have ever met! In regards to the hospital as a whole, staff, nurses, ER doctors, I cannot speak highly enough and there are no words to express my gratitude for those who have gone above and beyond to make a most unpleasant experience tolerable.
