Straight to the point, no beating around the bush. Very helpful
He did not show up on the scheduled date which was about 3 weeks advance. Would not answer the phone nor did he bother to let me know that he wouldn't be here. I just did it myself and saved $350. Don't waste your time with this guy. YouTube is more helpful.
I’ve used Decatur chimney for several years! He’s the best, great service! I highly recommend using them! Randy is great!
Mr Randy has came and cleaned our chimney in the past and was wonderful...however over a month ago I called to get a chimney cap put on. He gave me a quote and set a date. He had to cancel the date 3 times. Once because he didn’t feel like driving here and the other 2 times was due to weather. When he finally did show up he was here less than 10 min and left without saying a word. Never to be heard or seen again. Has not responded to calls or texts. It’s been over two weeks.
