Excellent service, great food and very nice to work with accommodating all of our needs. Highly recommend.
We had my dad's 70th bday party here last weekend. We paid for 135 guests with seat covers. They only set up for 128. When we asked about an additional table they told us that they could set up another table but it would not have chair covers. The manager tried to convince us that we wouldn't need the additional table (which we did). They said they hire a company to provide the chair covers and that they were closed and wouldn't be willing to come bring any more. Everything is old and run down. They haven't updated this facility...EVER! The food isn't the best either. The food is edible, but that is the best I can say. I would never book an event here.
My daughter's september wedding was absolutely perfect here. They decorated it with special lights and chair covers, that had it looking like a fairy tale wedding.They also gave us a suggestions for the best menu to choose, with really delicious food that all my guests commented on. The room was spacious and the servers were fast with hot food. I was very satisfied with the amount of perks we got for the cost. Her friends paid much more and got lots less. I would certainly recommend them to everyone and use them again.
Decarlo's left a bad taste in my mouth. They were not accomodating to say the least! I was recommened to this Banquet hall from a family member who previously had a party here. My fiance and I scheduled a tasting for our wedding reception and two of the entrees that we tried we CAN NOT eat. I mentioned this to Shelly and she mentioned that it was unfortunate but didn't offer a remedy. Not a very flexable place not willing to help military familites with active duty members. i was thinking of having my wedding here and my fiance is active duty military. i asked if he was to get deployed would you move my date untill he got back home. the lady told me that she was in the military before and that she knows how it is but they do not do that!! these people are RUDE
We had our class reunion for the class of 1973 from Fraser High School here and it was beautiful. Wish we could have another! It was so great to see everyone again!
We were at a New Year's Eve party at DeCarlo's and I still haven't stopped talking about it. Every detail was exceptional. The decorations, food, entertainment, etc. was great. Can't wait until next year.
I had been at DeCarlo's for an anniversay party and enjoyed the food and set up of the hall. We decided to get married and we used DeCarlo's expert staff to organize the event right to the last detail. We had over 150 satisfied guests and many of them have gone on to book events and attend events at the Hall. Bravo for a job well done.
