Purchased a medicine cabinet Oct 2023. Now it has begun to get the cheap black discoloration that frequently occurs with mirrors. No customer service number to call or any way to put in a claim for the 2 year product guarantee. I am very mad. Stuck with a crappy medicine cabinet that I paid a lot for. 0 stars

This is now my 3rd purchase! My 1st purchase there was an issue with one LED not working. They promptly sent a new complete door. All they ask me to do was take a picture of the concern and email it. That's Customer service at it's BEST! Thank You. Greg Loudon

Amazing product! Best price point for the features. Part of the mirror came in damaged and they replaced it immediately. Super friendly staff and made sure the replacement was sent very rapidly! Great product and amazing staff!
