Refused to fix major structural issues during Tarion warranty period! Bandaid solutions do nothing in the long term!
I would strongly advise anyone considering this builder to think twice. We purchased a unit in their development, and it’s been nothing short of a nightmare. The construction is riddled with defects, and to make matters worse, the builder has been incredibly unresponsive and dismissive about our concerns.
