It is near impossible to write in polite terms what a terrible job Decade Homes did constructing the building I live in. Cabinets, fixtures, etc all installed broken or wrong. Severe damage to the garage so much that it leaks any time it rains or snows. Walls are falling apart after 2 years from basic wear and tear. Corners cut so thin you can't even see it under a microscope. Units where units shouldn't be built due to regular noise issues. Security systems install incorrectly.
