I am completely satisfied with the roof installation at my residence. They also completed a roof installation, the following day, on my mother’s unattached garage. The work was scheduled, and completed, very promptly. They used high quality products and provided me with a written warranty on those products. Horrible company
I can't speak to DECA's work quality, but I can share my experience with their communication. They were late to the initial quote appointment without notifying me. After rescheduling, they did provide a quote, which I approved, and I asked about the next steps. I had to follow up twice and was told they were still working out their schedule and would get back to me. That was four months ago. I had my roof removed and replaced in one day. These are roofing professionals They work with such precision, it's seriously artwork. I used to be a contractor myself and these guys are the best roofers you will ever see, and the price was thousands of dollars less than the next bid. Try them you will be glad you did!
