Beautiful property! The building is kept clean, office staff is very friendly, and maintenance is very responsive. The new supervisor Cristian is always willing to help!! Great place!!
Cannot recommend living there, FOB access is too difficult for tenants and visitors. Required a second Fob for movers and the apartment staff left without contacting me keeping my license. Too much effort for a quick phone call! They couldn’t make any effort to contact me. Can’t think of anything more rude and unthoughtful for their tenants. Rent someplace else!
Living at Deca in downtown Greenville has been a great experience. The location is unbeatable—close to everything, yet still quiet and comfortable. The building has a modern, upscale feel with nice amenities, and the staff has been responsive and helpful. It’s a perfect spot if you want style, convenience, and a great vibe in the heart of the city.
This place is awesome. First in response to Ben R. Review below, we were partly responsible for that encounter. We were filling out an application and my wife was behind the desk with the staff member because she needed help other the paperwork. I can tell you the staffer honestly did not see you. If anything it was my bad for not bringing you to her attention.
