Nice and polite great service.
The engineer (Paul) was SO helpful! He took his time, he explained things to us, and he had an amazing "can-do" attitude in terms of figuring out how to make the changes we want to make in a practical and cost-effective way, that still will make our house look the way we want it in terms of lighting.
Excellent service. Alex understood our needs straight away of what we were requiring for our lighting in our Pharmacy. Lee and Tim were punctual, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. They cleaned and tidied up after the job each day so we were ready to open for business with no disruption.
We used DEC electrical service 5 years ago when we bought our letting property, which requires EICR and which involved a large amount of remedial works, that were put right by one of the firm’s excellent electrician, Paul, who did a very good and reliable job. At the same time, we also had various works done by DEC at our own property by other electricians, like Bob and James, who all did very professional job.
