Lack of communication, lack of effort, wanted to just settle the case and not fight in any way possible for his client.
He was appointed to me and i think he did great he even looked into a old charge that if i ever tell you. You would want to put me in a mental hospital thats how crazy, long story short got charged and found guilty for taking money from my own bank account. He said he could help and told me what he could do I just wasn't ready to make the commonwealth attorney mad enough to leave me in prison for years but hes alright
Thomas was assigned as my court appointed lawyer in a criminal case. He obtained the initial bail for my release and obtained the police report, however, my requests to obtain police footage was repeatedly denied. It is your right as an individual charged with a serious crime to expect your lawyer (even if you can not afford one) to do his due-diligence and by law, he needs to retrieve that information even if he does not think it will matter in the case. I had spend $4000 for a lawyer who would properly represent me.

I'm not giving no stars yet but will say the other review is the dudes stuff I'll say he is bar certified he is a professional got a judge to give me a break last time but if your on the streets it's hard to get a meeting call me Thomas we. Got to make a plan bro so he ain't cool he ain't matlock but you can do worse than him just tell him what you want that's what lawyers expect he will not tell you any lies
