I contacted them a week ago, they called back once while I was unavailable, I’ve left several messages, and can’t even get a call back, and my sister recommended them🤬🤬🤬 horrible customer service, you can’t even get a live person
Poor service, for months I try to contact them and don’t respond me. They still send the payment without seeing improvement in my credit.
