As you know when you get a lawsuit filed against you and you are a senior citizen you get scared. And with this lawsuit comes and influx of mail from various companies and firms, I have received at least 10 so far - most of them want to take you down the bankruptcy road. About 3 months ago, I reached out to AJ with Debt Resolution Solutions for assistance with a pending lawsuit against me with a creditor. Everything went as promised. They did their job fully and professionally. I even received better results than anticipated. Great Company did exactly what they promised, actually under promised and over delivered. I had several debts with Capital One and a couple of other creditors. They were able to get two of my five debts wiped out completely and settled the remaining for much less than I owed.
