I live in the “Hebron Townhome Apartments” where “Conquering and dividing” is in play HEAVY. You are stalked by the “Residents” so they can have something to go and report to “Property Management “ and from here you are sent notices or looked at as being “Untruthful” by everyone who is playing this little “Peekaboo” game. I am a resident at prairie view apartments and the apartment complex is a disgrace to say the least. The apartments are falling apart, there is mold all over, mice and roaches live rent free in the walls in ALL the apartments, ceiling leaking and caving in, closet doors come off every other day with no effort. Debruler and the landlord Trudy are by far the worst company and people I’ve ever rented from. The rules and policies they try to put in place infringe on tenants rights. 1- yearly “cleaning checks”. Meaning they have someone come into your apartment and check if it’s clean. I was instructed to clean out the crumbs on my stove top and clean my fan blades…. The apartment complex where I live is a place to live I'm not complaining but it needs improvement the property and the tenants. As far as the Debruler company itself, could be better at responding to the tenants needs who has issues, for example my refrigerator wasn't cooling last year and I told the maintenance men that it's not going to work anymore the motor in the freezer had stop turning. All my food spoiled twice and I called Debruler to ask for a new refrigerator and to reimburse me for the lost of my food... Never g... read more
