Professional, very clean and sterilized, and great environment. Debra makes it easy to spend time getting your skin poked with needles, and does a great job. Prices are ridiculously reasonable (far less expensive than anywhere else I have found, and she does a better job). Cash and personal check only, so no credit/debit cards are accepted.
