Beware when renting from this realtor. I rent an older, run down property. Blinds were falling apart, walls were not freshly painted, carpet had stains, etc. etc. All was informed to landlord and pictures were taken. She told us to buy replacements and charge to rent. However, we could not find comparable blinds and just left it.
