Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud

They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate.
