Please believe the reviews—they are accurate. This woman is extremely rude and unprofessional. She took my deposit, and once I arrived, she changed the price of the hair we had already agreed on. She also used a lighter on the ends without informing me beforehand, which genuinely frightened me. On top of that, she cut my hair very aggressively with scissors, causing split ends throughout the braid. I strongly recommend finding another salon that values professionalism and genuinely enjoys their work.
I didn't get my hair braided here but I bet they do real good
Been dealing with this lady and her nasty attitude for a couple years and referred people to her…. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance and paid a deposit only for her to text and cancel 2 days before my appointment during the holidays!! And have an attitude with me because I wanted my refund for my deposit…. Definitely don’t recommend her… bad business… nasty attitude…
