Did not follow any guardian of litem protocols just does whatever she wants. Completely the most unethical lawyer I've ever encountered. It's pathetic and sad she has the position she does. Can't imagine any one worse.
I think she’s in for a rude awakening.
I had this pathetic excuse for an attorney represent me over a decade ago. Recently I saw her and it brought back all the terrible memories of court from this clearly paid for by the other side attorney. My children are still damaged from the ramifications of my case and they are now young adults. I see reading her reviews she hasn’t gotten any better. Horrible Attorney/GAL/Person I am a single father in Green Bay, WI, and I represented myself for the first three-quarters of my family case. Ms. Mancoske was appointed as the Guardian ad Litem (GAL) in my child custody and placement case. I requested a GAL because the mother was actively alienating me from our daughter and even went so far as to abduct our daughter to a different state—an act that, while not legally defined as child abduction, certainly fits the description of taking someone away by force or deception. I’d give Debra Mancoske zero stars if I could. She exhibits extremely rude, unprofessional, and unethical conduct. It’s disheartening to know that someone entrusted with such an important role within the judicial system abuses her power and demonstrates clear bias. She falsifies information and representations, which further raises concerns about her integrity. Overall, based on what I’ve observed, I have serious reservations about this woman’s professionalism and her ethical standards.
