HORRIBLE!! I have used Julia Dubose NP / Debra Krieg for many years and have had zero issues. Very nice and approachable. So, like every year, I scheduled my annual physical exam with labs (I had been fasting for 12 hours). I had a scheduled primary care appointment for my annual physical at 8:00 AM. The day before, I received a call from the clinic reminding me that "check-in begins at 7:30 AM and to fast for 10-12 hours for any lab work". I went to doctor Krieg for over 5 years. Her staff is not consistently professional but I liked the PA so I stayed. I went in for my well visit and was double charged. I specifically did not bring up anything in the visit as the office has signs that tell you they will double charge if you do. The PA went over my blood work which I thought was included in the well visit and sent in a prescription. About 2 months later I received a bill for a copay.
