Hired Ryan DeBra to handle a simple dissolution case, and upon first meeting him, he seems to be so kind, caring, and interested in what you have to say. Then, he convinces you to put down a $5000 retainer instead of a $3000 that is the actual price for him handling a dissolution "just in case" it doesn't end up being as simple as expected, with the understanding that he would NOT charge more than $3000 if it was simple.
