If you want someone to fight for you this is not your lawyer. If you want your divorce to drag on and on then hire Debra Massie. She backs down and everything is not willing to do the leg work to get her client the best options. So much money wasted! Sad that lawyers don't have more ethics and care for their clients.
Avoid at all cost! Unless you are prepared to pay for NOTHING! Paid over $8,000.00 already still haven't settled equitable distribution...... Now being charged to make appointments, can't get my own information from them! Unethical way of handling a case, it's been dragging on for over 2 year's now! In my opinion they're just doing whatever they can to keep continuing thing's to suck more money out of their clients!!!!!! Will be reporting to the bar association!!!!!!!!
I hired Deb Massie for my absolute divorce, frustrated by the delays at my lawyer's office for my custody and equitable distribution case. I had a time sensitive situation, and was told 45 days ahead of time that I would be good to go as long as my ex did not seek an extension.
